SIMPLE TIRAMISU (EGGLESS)

Ingredients:

Raj Breakfast Sugar 25gm
Mascarpone for Tiramisu 200gm
Tropolite Non-Dairy Whipped Topping 200gm
Coffee powder 10gm
Plain Rusk
Agar Agar Powder 1 tbsp
Water 50gm
Water (hot) 125gm
Step 1 : Thaw Dlecta Mascarpone overnight. When required keep out of the refrigerator for 15 mins till it reaches a temperature 6°C to 8°C.                   Mix Dlecta Mascarpone and 20 gm breakfast sugar with a spatula.
Step 2 : Beat Dlecta whip topping until soft peaks are formed. Fold Dlecta Whip Topping and Dlecta Mascarpone until uniform.
Step 3 : Take another bowl add agar agar & 50 ml water. Heat for 1 min. Mix well. Add to the Mascarpone cream mix until uniform.
Step 4 : Mix coffee powder & 5 gm breakfast sugar with 125 gm hot water to make a syrup. Dip the rusk biscuits in the coffee syrup.
Step 5 : Arrange the dipped rusk biscuits at the bottom of the ring. Pour the Mascarpone cream mixture. Arrange a 2nd layer of dipped rusk biscuits. Pour the remaining mascarpone cream mixture.
Step 6 : Let it cool in a freezer. After 5 hours remove the Tiramisu from the ring. Dust the cocoa powder on top of the Tiramisu.
Step 7 : Serve chilled.
