Classic Pomodoro Sauce Spaghetti

Ingredients
medium tomatoes	5
fresh cream	1 tsp
chopped garlic	1 tbsp
chopped onion	1 cup
olive oil	1 tbsp
paprika or chili powder	½ tsp
chopped basil leaves	½ cup
Salt to taste
shaved Parmesan cheese	½ cup
Slightly sautéed mini tomatoes

Instructions

Boil the pasta as mentioned in cooking instructions and set aside
Boil the tomatoes for 5 min. Once cooled, peel, deseed, chop and blend the tomatoes to a smooth pulp. Keep aside
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic on a medium flame. Add the onions and continue to sauté it till it turns light brow
Add the tomato pulp, chili and salt and cook well on a medium flame for a minute. Toss in the chopped basil leaves and ¼ cup water and let it cook while stirring occasionally
Turn o the flame and mix in the cream
Toss in the spaghetti, garnish with parmesan cheese and slightly sautéed mini tomatoes. Serve hot
