Sizzling Potatoes and Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

Ingredients
NFP Lite (BOS) 2 tbsp
Private: Shredded Mozarella Cheese 1/4 cup
Minced Garlic 2 tsp
Baby potatoes (boiled) 5
Salt To taste
Oregano 2 tsp
Pepper 2 tsp
Basil Leaves 13-15
Milk 1/2 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Step 1: Heat butter in a pan. Add in the garlic & saute for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add the boiled potatoes & let them brown a little.
Step 3: Add in the salt, oregano, pepper & basil & take it off heat.
Step 4: Heat butter in a pan & saute the garlic for a minute.
Step 5: Add in milk, cream, cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, and fresh basil.kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Step 6: Let the cheese melt & the sauce thicken & take it off heat.

Assembly
Step 7: Heat your sizzler plate.
Step 8: Add 1 tbsp butter & 1 tbsp minced garlic for extra flavor.
Step 8: Add in the potatoes & the cheese sauce.
Step 9: Garnish with spring onion greens.
Step 10: Serve this hot & dig in.!
