Step 1 Mix together the onion, tomato, cucumber, cumin powder and salt to form a salsa. Step 2 Warm the taco shells in an oven. Step 3 Put some iceberg lettuce at the bottom of each shells. Step 4 Put a spoonful of the refined beans on the top of the lettuce. Step 5 Put a spoonful of the salsa on the top of the refried beans. Step 6 Put a spoonful of the sour cream on the top of salsa. Step 7 Top with grated cheese and serve immediately.
