Liquid Glucose 35 gm
Almond Powder 20 gm
Process: Step 1: Mix 125gm of dark compound with liquid glucose Step 2: Make a round ball from the mixture Step 3: Take three different bowls and put almond powder, coconut powder and fancy strands separately Step 4: Melt dark compound Step 5: Dip the round balls in the melted dark compound Step 6: Coat the ball with almond powder, coconut powder and famcy strands. Step 7: Allow it to set Step 8: Truffle chocolate is ready to serve
