Egg whites 10
Chopped Spinach 100gms
Chopped Spring Onion 20gms
Chopped Onion 50gms
Dill leaves 10gms
Chopped Tomatoes 50gms
Salt as required
Pepper As required
Step 1 : Beat egg in a medium bowl, season with salt & pepper.
Step 2 : Heat butter in a non stick pan over medium heat.
Step 3 : Add spinach & chopped onion and cook until spinach is cooked.
Step 4 : Pour eggs over spinach mixture and cook until edges & bottom are just set, about 30 seconds.
Step 5 : Top with spring onions and dill leaves than tomatoes and feta, and transfer pan to oven.
Step 6 : Bake until omelette is golden brown and centre is set.
