Tangy Cream Cheese Rolls

Orange 1
Castor Oil 50 gms
Vanilla essense 1 tsp
Salt 2 gms
Spring roll sheet 5
Vegetable Oil for frying
Step 1 : In a large bowl, combine cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, orange zest and salt. Using a hand mixer beat ingredients until fully combined.

Step 2 : Place a spring roll sheet on a clean surface in a diamond shape and spoon approximately 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture into a line in the centre. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll and then seal fold with a few drops of water.

Step 3 : Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add rolls and fry until golden. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate and leave to cool.

Step 4 : Dust with powdered sugar and serve with strawberry sauce.
