Strawberry Upside down Cake

Ingredients:

Raj Breakfast Sugar 110 gms
Raj Baking Powder 2 gms
Eggs 2
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Milk 30 gms
All purpose flour 150 gms
Sliced Strawberry 1/2 cup
Butter 10 gms
Brown Sugar 10 gms
Step 1 : Preheat your oven at 180*C. Mix together sliced strawberries butter and brown sugar.

Step 2 : Layer your mould with it, you should have 2 layers of strawberries minimum, because some of it will stick to the mould. (If you’re using a tin with a base use butter paper/ foil to line it.)

Step 3 : Whisk together butter and sugar till it’s well combined.

Step 4 : Add in eggs and vanilla essence whisk for a bit and add in the milk whisk this really well, till the sugar almond melts.

Step 5 : Add in the flour and baking powder. Whisk it well and spread this over the strawberries.

Step 6 : And bake for 30mins.

Step 7 : Let it cool and demould.
