Raj Icing Sugar 150 gms
Blue Daimond Almond Flour 50 gms
Raj Baking Powder 5 gm
Butter 150 gms
Maida 130 gms
Pista powder 20 gms
Eggs 4
Mango 1
Pistachio 50 gms
Step 1: In a bowl, mix the butter & sugar.

Step 2: Add in the eggs, maida, almond flour, pista powder & baking powder.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased mould & bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.

Step 4: Let it cool & garnish it with mangoes & chopped pistachios.
