Step 1: Chop the mangoes & blitz them to a smooth paste using a little water. Step 2: Add the paste to a pan & cook for 5 minutes. Step 3: Add in the sugar & cook for 7-10 minutes till it thickens slightly Step 4: Add in the vinegar, mix well & take it off heat. Step 5: Strain the mixture & add in the water. Step 6: Place it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Step 7: Serve chilled & sip in.! ♥️
