Spinach, Mushroom and Cream Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:

Flour 150g
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Chilled water 2 tbsp
Spinach 1 bunch
Mushrooms 100 g
Chopped Onion 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1
Salt To taste
Pepper A pinch
Grated Nutmeg A pinch
Process:

Step 1 : Rub the flour and butter together for the tart. Add salt and water and knead to a sopft dough.
Step 2 : Chill the dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3 : Preheat an oven at 180 degree celcius.
Step 4 : Blanch the spinach in hot water fopr 30 seconds and refresh in cold water and chop finely.
Step 5 : Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic.
Step 6 : Saute for a couple of minutes and add sliced mushroom and saute for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
Step 7 : Add spinach, salt and pepper, cream cheese, nutmeg and mix well and keep aside.
Step 8 : Once the dough is chilled, take it out and roll it to half cm thickness.
Step 9 : Cut into rounds the sizes slightly bigger than the tart moulds.
Step 10 : Press the dough into the tart mould and fill it with baking beans.
Step 11 : Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 12 : Remove the beans and cook the tart for another 5 minutes.
Step 13 : Put the spinach filling in the baked tarts and put in oven for 10 minutes.
Step 14 : Serve warm
