Spinach, Corn and Cream cheese Samosa

Ingredients:

Spinach 2 bunches
Thawed Frozen corn 5 tbsp
Nova unsalted butter 1 tbsp
1/2 Chopped Onion 1/2 Chopped
Garlic 2 Chopped
Pepper A pinch
Salt to taste To taste
Samosa patti 12
Flour 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Oil 2cups
Process:

Step 1 : Blanch the spinach and than cool it down.
Step 2 : Chop the squeezed spinach and keep aside.
Step 3 : Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan, add the onions, garlics and saute for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes transluscent.
Step 4 : Add the corn and mix well, than add spinach and turn the flame off.
Step 5 : Put the mixture in a bowl, add cream cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 6 : Mix well and check for seasoning.
Step 7 : Mix water and flour to form a thick paste and keep aside.
Step 8 : Lay the samosa patti flat on a steel plate or on a working table.
Step 9 : Put a spoon full of spinach mixture at the bottom of the samosa patti.
Step 10 : Fold it in samosa shape and deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown.
Step 11 : Serve hot with ketchup.
