CARGIL NFP ELITE 500 gms
White Bread 1 loaf
Milk 2 litre
Saffron 1 gms
Step 1 : Cut the bread slices into triangles shape, keep aside.

Step 2 : Put a flat bottom pan on fire, add Lite, heat upto 180 degree celsius.

Step 3 : Shallow fry the bread triangles until becomes golden brown, keep aside.

Step 4 : Put a heavy bottom pan on fire, add milk, sugar & saffron.

Step 5 : Cook until it reduces and becomes semi-solid texture.

Step 6 : Turn off the fire & let it cool.

Step 7 : Soak fried bread into semi-solid milk for an hour, garnish with silver leaf
