SEEDED CHOCOLATE COOKIES 🍫🍪
Ingredients:
| Whole wheat flour | 60gms |
| Baking Soda | 2gms |
| Salt | 2gms |
| Milk | 50ml |
| Vanilla Essence | 5ml |
| Sunflower Seeds | 30gms |
| Pumpkin Seeds | 30gms |
| Chia Seeds | 12gms |
| Oats | 50gms |
| Sesame Seeds | 50gms |
Step 1 : Cream Lite, sugar, brown sugar and salt. Step 2 : Add milk and vanilla essence and continue creaming until they are fully incorporated. Step 3 : Add flour. Mix slowly until all of the flour is incorporated. Add seeds, otas, and chocolate chunks and mix in. Step 4 : Make balls of 25gm each and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Step 5 : Bake at 180 degree celcius for 14-15 minutes, until lightly brown. Step 6 : Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool.
