Ingredients:

Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce 4 tbsp
Whole eggs 6
Salt to taste
Black pepper a pinch
Onion 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Potatoes 2
Carrot 1/2
Spinach Handful
Basil leaves 2
Veeba Cheesy Spread & Dip 1 tbsp
Veeba Carrot Cucumber Sandwich Spread 1 tbsp
Process:

Step 1 : In a bowl take eggs.
Step 2 : Add sriracha sauce, salt, black pepper and mix properly.
Step 3 : Heat oil in a pan.
Step 4 : Fry onion. garlic, potato and add some salt to it.
Step 5 : Add carrot, spinach, basil leaves, oil and cook for 1 minute.
Step 6 : Now pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7 : Spread Veeba Cheesy spread & dip, & Veeba Carrot Cucumber Sandwich Spread on top.
Step 8 : Top with lettuce and cherry tomato.
Step 9 : Serve hot.
