PLUM CAKE SNOWBALLS

Spicy Plum Cake Mix
Water
Vegetable Oil
Process:

Step 1 : Place mix and water into the mixing bowl. Use the paddle attachment to mix at a slow speed for 1 minute.
Step 2 : Scrape the batter and mix again at high speed for 3 minutes.
Step 3 : Add oil and mix again on slow speed for 1 minute.
Step 4 : Add fruit mix and blend manually.
Step 5 : Pour the batter into baking tins and bake at 160ºC to 170ºC for 60 minutes or until baked.
Step 6 : Once the plum cake is cooled down, crush it and mix it with melted dark chocolate and make balls of 30-40 gms each.
Step 7 : Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 8 : After 30 minutes, roll plum cake balls in melted white chocolate and sprinkle it with coloured sugar balls.
Step 9 : Let is set and serve.
