Ingredients:

Maida 2 cup
Salt To taste
Oil 5 tbsp
Water As per use
Finely chopped garlic 1 clove
Chopped onion, capsicum Half finely
Chopped carrot, corn and peas one cup
Salt To taste
Process:

Step 1 : Take a bowl and add faida. Add baking powder to it.
Step 2 : Add salt and oil to maida and crumble well.
Step 3 : Add cold water as required and knead for 10 minutes until the dough becomes tight and smooth in texture.
Step 4 : Cover the dough and rest for 1 hour.
Step 5 : In a pan heat oil, add garlic and saute well.
Step 6 : Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, corn, peas and salt and saute for 1 minute.
Step 7 : Add water and allow simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 8 : Add veeba pasta & pizza sauce and mix well and cook completely.
Step 9 : After an hour knead the dough slowly and divide into two hakves.
Step 10 : Roll slight thick and cut into small rectangles.
Step 11 : Add shredded mozarella to the cooked veggies mix and mix well.
Step 12 : Take a spoon full of veggies mix for stuffing and cover one base with the another.
Step 13 : Press and seal the sides with fork and deep fry in hot oil.
Step 14 : Veg Pizza puff is ready to serve.
