Pineapple Cake with Red Cherry

Step 1 : Whip the cream until soft peaks are formed.
Step 2 : Cut an 8 inch Vanilla sponge into 3 layers.
Step 3 : Mix 150ml of whipped cream, add pineapple crush & chopped pineapple. Mix well.
Step 4 : Soak the sponge layers with sugar and then spread the pineapple cream on top of the sponge.
Step 5 : Repeat the process for 2 more layers.
Step 6 : Use the remaining cream for icing and finishing the top & sides.
Step 7 : Garnish with pineapple slices and red cherries.
Step 8 : Serve chilled.
