Step 1 : Take 1/4 cup orange juice. Step 2 : In a small bowl, mix gelatin and orange juice. Keep it aside. Step 3 : In a saucepan take the water, sugar and orange peel. Mix well and bring it to boil. Step 4 : Now add corn syrup in this mixture. Stir occasionally till it becomes thick in consistency Step 5 : Cook until soft ball stage. Means when this mixture tiny amount dropped in water it must form a soft ball. Step 6 : Low the flame then add gelatin mixture and cook for 2 mins. Step 7 : Strain it. Now pour the mixture in your favourite shape mould. Step 8 : Keep in the fridge for 4 hours or until set. REmove carefully. Step 9 : Coat with sugar. Your sugar coated Tangy jelly is ready.
