Step 1: Cream together Lite BOS, and sugar till fluffy. Step 2: Heat milk and add coffee powder and mix. Step 3: Add coffee mixture slowly and gradually into above mix Step 4: Mix all dry ingredients together and add creamed batter and make a soft dough Step 5: Shape in balls of 15 gm each and make a deep cavity in centre of each ball Step 6: Bake at 170 degree Celcius for 18-20 minutes Step 7: Once baked fill melted compound in the cavity and sprinkle chopped pistachio for garnishing
