Ingredients:

Ingredients
Raj Corn Flour 1 tsp
Raj Icing Sugar 3 tsp
Mini apples 10
Water 1 cup
Brown Sugar 3 tsp
All purpose flour 1 and half cup
Salt 1-2 gms
Ice cold water 4 tsp
Step 1 : Cook everything together till it comes to a boil.

Step 2 : Then add in the apples and cook for 5 mins if using apple chunks, 7-8mins for whole apples.

Step 3 : Remove the apples once done and add in the raisins in the caramel cook for 5 mins. (If you’re using chunks, you can cook both together.

Step 4 : Knead this all (flour, butter, icing sugar, salt, cold water) to a soft dough

Step 5 : Make raviolis shaped pies with this, brush with butter and sprinkle sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 15mins.
