Ingredients:

Eggs 450 gms
Refined Flour 275 gms
Walnut 150 gms
Cashewnut 200 gms
Step 1 : Melt Lite BOS and chocolate together.

Step 2 : Whisk sugar and eggs together untik sugar is dissolved.

Step 3 : Add melted Lite BOS and chocolate mixture to the egg batter abd fold it in gently.

Step 4 : Add all the remaining dry ingredients to the mixture.

Step 5 : Fill in moulds and bake at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
