Mango Pistachio Cake
Ingredients:
| Butter | 150 gms |
| Maida | 130 gms |
| Pista powder | 20 gms |
| Eggs | 4 |
| Mango | 1 |
| Pistachio | 50 gms |
Step 1: In a bowl, mix the butter & sugar. Step 2: Add in the eggs, maida, almond flour, pista powder & baking powder. Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased mould & bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C. Step 4: Let it cool & garnish it with mangoes & chopped pistachios.
