MANGO CHILLI SORBET

Ingredients:

Ingredients
Frozen Mangoes 3
Water 1/2 cup
Honey/Maple Syrup 4 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Step 1: Take out the mangoes and leave them out for 5 mins

Step 2: Blend this all together in a high-speed blender, till it’s smooth

Step 3: Transfer into a deep mold.

Step 4: Level it out, sprinkle chili powder and some black salt.

Step 5: Freeze it for 4hours - overnight.

Step 6: Next day, take it out and leave it at room temperature for a minute or 2 before scooping!
