Ingredients:

Blue Cow (Easy Opening Can) 100 gms
Maida 70 gms
Water 40 gms
IFF Yellow color (mango emulsion) 1/2 tsp
Process:
Step 1 : Take a bowl, add chocolate and melt it.

Step 2 : Add lite and melt again.

Step 3 : Add water, milk, condensed milk, sugar, mango emulsion and yellow color and whish it.

Step 4 : Sieve Maida, add pinch of salt, baking powder and sieve it.

Step 5 : Mix both mixtures.

Step 6 : Pour in 8/10 tins.

Step 7 : Bake at 180 degree celcius for 20-25 min.

Step 8 : Finally, cool and serve.
