Ingredients:

Chickpeas (boiled)15 g
medium Beetroot (boiled and diced)1
Garlic Cloves3 Pieces
Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise De'lite (4 tbsp)60 g
Salt
Multigrain Breads (slices)2
Mix Lettuce leaves30 g
medium Avocado (sliced)1
Medium Radish (sliced)1 Piece
Carrot (cut into thin strips)1 Piece

 (1). Hummus- In a blender jar add chickpeas, beetroot, garlic, 2 tbsp mayo and salt. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth paste is formed.

(2). Assembling- Spread remaining mayonnaise on both the bread slices. On a bread slice place few lettuce leaves, spread hummus, top it up with avocado, radish, carrot and remaining lettuce leaves. Cover it with the other bread slice and serve.
