CARGIL NFP ELITE 1 kg
Private: Flexi Dairy Cream 100ml
MAXIPAN TUTTY FRUITY GREEN/RED-PREMIUM BAKE STABLE GRADE 200 gms
Refined Flour 1.5 kg
Milk Powder 50 gm
Milk 100 ml
Honey 160 gm
Liquid Glucose 100 gm
Cashewnut 200 gm
Sweet paste
Step 1 : Cream sugar & Elite together.
Step 2 : Add milk gradually.
Step 3 : Add all the remaining dry ingredients and make a dough.
Step 4 : Refrigerate the dough for better results.
Step 5 : Sheet the dough to 5mm thickness and line the baking tray with sweet paste.
Step 6 : Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes and remove when half baked.

Mix
Step 1 : Mix sugar, honey, lite, cream and liquid glucose in a thick bottom saucepan.
Step 2 : Cook till it boils and thickness, and the mixture turns golden brown.
Step 3 : Add nuts and tutti-frutti and cook for 2 minutes.

Final Prep
Step 1 : Pour this mix over the sweet paste lined tray and bake at 160 degree celcius for 4p minutes or until it sets.
Step 2 : Once baked, cool it and cut it in the shape of your choice.
