Homemade Strawberry Ice cream

Ingredients:

Blue Cow (Easy Opening Can) 200 gms
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Strawberries (sliced) 150 gms
Strawberry Puree 1000 gms
Step 1 : Beat cream just till it slightly thickens even if you don’t see it thickening, time yourself and beat it for 5 exact minutes.

Step 2 : To this add in condensed milk and vanilla essence. Whisk and let it rest in the freezer.

Step 3 : Cook together strawberries, purée and sugar till it’s soft and mushy. Let this cool completely then add it to the chilled cream and condensed milk mixture.

Step 4 : Pour this into a container (if you want it to fast longer, use a container with a lid).

Step 5 : You can add some more of the cooked strawberries into the container for a swirl. But don’t add too much or it’ll completely harden and take time to scoop. Store it overnight.

Step 6 : Scoop & Serve
