Healthy Strawberry Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
| Sweetos (powder & liquid) | 115 gms |
| Coconut milk | 150 gms |
| Orange juice | 1/4 cup |
| Coconut oil | 70 gms |
| Orange zest | 1/4 tsp |
| Whole wheat flour | 70 gms |
| Salt | 1-2 gms |
| Baking Soda | 1/4 tsp |
| Chopped Strawberry | 50 g |
| Hazelnut | |
Step 1 : Whisk together milk, vanilla, orange juice, oil, sugar, orange zest till the sugar melts. Step 2 : Add flour, almond powder, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate, salt, chopped strawberries and mix it only till it comes together. Step 3 : Garnish the top with strawberries, chocolate chips and hazelnut. Step 4 : Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 40-45 mins.
