Ingredients:

Brown Sugar 150 gms
Honey 200 gms
Milk 40 gms
Flour 440 gms
Baking Soda 4 gms
Salt 2 gms
Ginger Powder 18 gms
Cinnamon Powder 8 gms
Spice Mix 3 gms
Step 1 : Mix all ingredients together and add milk to bind them.

Step 2 : Rest the dough in fridge before using.

Step 3 : Roll & cut to desired size.

Step 4 : Bake 180 degree celcius until golden brown.
