Ingredients:

Tomatoes 2 medium sized
Shallotes 1 small
Cucumber ½
Radish 1 large bunch
Boston lettuce 1 small head
Graden cress 1 box
Fruit Based vinegar 1/2 tbsp
White pepper 1 pinch
Sugar as required
Salt as required
Vegetable Oil as required
Process: Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add bread crumbs in it. Step 2: Fry it until brown and crispy Step 3: Take a bowl, add some chopped vegetables into it Step 4: Take a plate and add some lettuce in it and put the mixed chopped vegetables in the plate Step 5: Top the mix with some garden cress Step 6: Add some bread croutons to it. Step 7: Now top the mix with some Veeba Thousand Island Dressing. Step 8: Four Season Salad is ready to serve.
