EGGLESS LYCHEE CRUMBLE TEA CAKE

Ingredients:

Blue Cow (Easy Opening Can) 85 g
All purpose flour 220 g
Baking Soda 1/2 tbsp
Milk 100 g
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tbsp
Litchi (chopped) 8-10
Litchi (deseeded) 7-9
Zuaari Brown Sugar 40 g
Step 1 : Mix together butter and condensed milk till it comes together.

Step 2 : Next add in milk and next it

Step 3 : Add in the dry ingredients in 2 parts.

Step 4 : Mix it well till there are no lumps.

Step 5 : Pour this into a greased mould

Step 6 : Top the batter up with the litchis.

Step 7 : Mix everything together. This should be like wet sand consistency. Don’t knead this.

Step 8 : Now top it the entire top of the cake with the crumble and bake it at 180*C for 35-40 mins or till the toothpick comes out clean.

Step 9 : Let this rest completely and garnish with icing sugar.
