Victoria Yeast 500 GM8 gms
Private: Veeba Eggless Mayonnaise Premium150 gms
Private: Chilly Flakes (8g) Sachets (100×12)8 gms
Refined Flour500 gms
Salt13 gms
Gluten4 gms
Water275 gms
White Sesame seed20 gm
Calcium Propionate2 gms
Boiled Eggs500 gms
Yellow Mustard Sauce50 gms
Chopped Green Onion50 gms
Black Pepper3 gms
HOT DOG BUNS

Step 1 : Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl and knead till smooth dough is ready

Step 2 : Make balls of 60gm and shape as hot dog and arrange it in a tray.

Step 3 : Spray water and sprinkle chilli flakes and sesame seeds and proof.

Step 4 : Bake at 200 degree celcius for 12-15 minutes.

FILLING

Step 1 : Cut boiled eggs and mix with Mayonnaise, yellow mustard sauce, chopped green onion and seasoning with black pepper, salt.

FINISHING

Step 1 : Cut the bun from top and fill the egg filling from top and finish with yellow mustard sauce.
