Ingredients:

Victoria Yeast 500 GM 8 gms
Private: Veeba Eggless Mayonnaise Premium 150 gms
Private: Chilly Flakes (8g) Sachets (100×12) 8 gms
Refined Flour 500 gms
Salt 13 gms
Gluten 4 gms
Water 275 gms
White Sesame seed 20 gm
Calcium Propionate 2 gms
Boiled Eggs 500 gms
Yellow Mustard Sauce 50 gms
Chopped Green Onion 50 gms
Black Pepper 3 gms
HOT DOG BUNS

Step 1 : Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl and knead till smooth dough is ready

Step 2 : Make balls of 60gm and shape as hot dog and arrange it in a tray.

Step 3 : Spray water and sprinkle chilli flakes and sesame seeds and proof.

Step 4 : Bake at 200 degree celcius for 12-15 minutes.

FILLING

Step 1 : Cut boiled eggs and mix with Mayonnaise, yellow mustard sauce, chopped green onion and seasoning with black pepper, salt.

FINISHING

Step 1 : Cut the bun from top and fill the egg filling from top and finish with yellow mustard sauce.
