Ingredients:

Maxipan Glace Cherries Whole & Broken 100 gms
Almond 100 gms
Orange Zest 5 gms
Jam 50 gms
Flour 225 gms
Eggs 150 gms
Milk 50 ml
Fruits 500 gms
Step 1 : Cream Lite BOS, milk and sugar together until light and fluffy and add eggs gradually.

Step 2 : Mix all dry ingredients and add to above mix.

Step 3 : Add jam and fruits at last.

Step 4 : Line the mold with greaseproof paper and fill.

Step 5 : Bake in preheated oven to 180 degree celcius for about 40 minutes.

Step 6 : Once baked, demold and let it cool for atleat 1 hour.
