Davars MMCH 25 1000G
Water 450ml
Process: Step 1: Place water, 1 kg DAVARS MMCH 25 and oil in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 minute Step 2: Scrape the batter and whisk at medium speed for 3 minutes Step 3: Scale the batter into well-greased muffin mould Step 4: Bake at 170℃ for 20 to 24 minutes Step 5: Chocolate Muffin is ready to serve.
