CRISPY CHILLI POTATOES

Ingredients:

Ingredients
Private: Garlic Chilli Spread (1Kg) 3 tbsp
Potato (peeled & chopped) 2
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Water 1 cup
Dried & Chopped Red chilly 2
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 inch
Onion (chopped) 1
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Aromat 1 tbsp
Spring onion
Step 1 : Boil the chopped potatoes for 5 mins or till they’re 75% cooked.

Step 2 : Mix all the other ingredients together

Step 3 : Add in the boiled potatoes and give it a good mix.

Step 4 : Fry these in hot oil, till golden brown.

Step 5 : Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic red chillies and onion.

Step 6 : Sauté on high heat for 1-2 min.

Step 7 : Add all the other ingredients and the fried potatoes cook and mix till it all comes together.

Step 8 : Serve this hot with spring onions.
