Ingredients:

Flour 250 gms
Salt 5 gms
Oil 15 gms
Step 1 : In a large mixing bowl, take salt and flour.

Step 2 : Add luke warm water and knead dough for atleast 5 minutes with oil.

Step 3 : Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding water as required.

Step 4 : For stuffing : take a small portion of dough and roll with rolling pin.

Step 5 : Stuff cream cheese and start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.

Step 6 : Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle.

Step 7 : For steaming : heat a steamer and grease with oil. Arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.

Step 8 : Steam the momos for 12-15 minutes or till shiny sheen paper appears over it.

Step 9 : Serve hot.
