CRACKLING SPINACH

Ingredients:

Raj Corn Flour 1/2 cup
Raj Breakfast Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Bunch of Spinach; cut off the stalk 1
Frying Oil
Vegetable/ Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Onion; finely Chopped 1/2
Dried Red chilli; Chopped 1
Toasted Sesame seed 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Step 1 : Chop, not too thinly. Wash this really well and toss it while it’s wet in cornflour, so that the cornflour sticks to it well.

Step 2 : Fry in hot Oil.

Step 3 : Heat Oil in a pan, sauté garlic, ginger, Red chillies and onions for 2 mins on high heat.

Step 5 : Add sugar and mix it, add in spinach and salt.

Step 6 : Toss this well

Step 7 : Finish with Sesame seeds.
