Ingredients:

Egg yolk 3nos
Coffee Powder 2gram
Process:

Step 1 : On a double, whisk egg yolk & sugar until sugar melts.
Step 2 : Heat heavy cream and coffee powder and simmer.
Step 3 :Now pour cream to the egg mixture, whisk properly with no lumps.
Step 4 : Now pour into the ramekin bowls or cupcake moulds & bake.
Step 5 : After 20 mins sprinkle some sugar & bake again.
Step 6 : Store in the chiller, serve cold.
