CINNAMON SUGAR DONUTS

Ingredients:

Ingredients
Victoria Yeast 500 GM 15 gm
Refined flour 1kg
Water 550gms
Sugar 100gms
Salt 20 gm
Wheat Gluten 25 gm
Cinnamon powder 5 gms
Process:
Step 1 : Mix yeast & water in a small bowl.

Step 2 : Add in remaining ingredients - flour, sugar, lite, salt, improver and gluten.

Step 3 : Knead the dough with cold water until smoothness.

Step 4 : Sheet the dough at 1.5cm thickness and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Then cut it with a donut cutter.

Step 5 : Put it in a proofing chamber at 70% humidity and 40% heat till it doubles in size.

Step 6 : Fry in oil & toss donuts in cinnamon sugar.
