Step 1 : Soak dates in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain & use. Step 2 : Mix together dates, almond, walnut and 1/4 cup cocoa powder in a food processor until well blended. Step 3 : Pour the mix in a greased tray and smoothen the top. Press down gently with a spoon. Step 4 : Set this in a refrigerator for 20 minutes. Step 5 : Blend together bananas, honey and other 4 cups of cocoa powder and pour over the base layer. Step 6 : Let this set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then cut into desired sizes. Step 7 : Serve chilled.
