Chipotle Style Dip
Lemon slices 2-3
Eggs 6
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Onion Juice
Bread Crumb
Wheat Flour
Yellow & Red Bell Pepper Chopped
Process:

Step 1 : Take some water in a pan and put it on heat.
Step 2 : Add lemon slice and pinch of salt and 6 eggs to boil.
Step 3 : Cover and boil for 12 minutes.
Step 4 : Cool the eggs and peel it.
Step 5 : Cut eggs into 2 halves and remove the yolk.
Step 6 : Add Veeba Chipotle Style Dip to the yolk.
Step 7 : Add a pinch of black pepper, chopped coriander leaves, onion juice, salt and mix well to make a paste.
Step 8 : Coat the egg white with flour, egg wash and than bread crumbs.
Step 9 : Deep fry till crisp.
Step 10 : Top the egg crisp with egg chipotle mix.
Step 11 : Add some finely chopped yellow, red bell pepper, coriander leaf on top.
Step 12 : Serve warm.
