Step 1: In a pan heat some oil & saute the onions. Step 2: Add in the bell peppers & cook for 30 seconds. Step 3: Next, add in the basil, rosemary, oregano & chilli flakes & saute for 10 seconds. Step 4: Add in the chopped tomatoes, salt & tomato ketchup & mix it well. Step 5: Put in the cooked rice, fresh cream & lots of cheese & mix everything really well. Step 6: For the baked potatoes, cut your potatoes into wedges Step 7: Marinate it with olive oil, salt & thyme. Step 8: Bake it in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes @200°C till it's golden. Step 9: Serve the cheesy rice & baked potatoes, sprinkle some more herbs on top & dig in.
