Cheesy Herb Rice & Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

Private: Oregano 1 tbsp
Private: Chilly Flakes (8g) Sachets (100×12) 1/2 tbsp
Private: Professional Tomato Ketchup (1.2 Kg) 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooked Rice 1 cup
Fresh Cream 1/4 cup
Boiled potatoes 2
Step 1: In a pan heat some oil & saute the onions.

Step 2: Add in the bell peppers & cook for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Next, add in the basil, rosemary, oregano & chilli flakes & saute for 10 seconds.

Step 4: Add in the chopped tomatoes, salt & tomato ketchup & mix it well.

Step 5: Put in the cooked rice, fresh cream & lots of cheese & mix everything really well.

Step 6: For the baked potatoes, cut your potatoes into wedges

Step 7: Marinate it with olive oil, salt & thyme.

Step 8: Bake it in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes @200°C till it's golden.

Step 9: Serve the cheesy rice & baked potatoes, sprinkle some more herbs on top & dig in.
