Ingredients:

Egg 150 gms
Vanilla Essence 10 gms
Refined Flour 130 gms
Salt 3 gms
Chopped Pecan 110 gms
Step 1 : Melt lite BOS & White compound together.

Step 2 : In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla & salt till just combined.

Step 3 : Pour lite & compound mixture to the bowl of egg mixture and whisk to incorporate.

Step 4 : Mix the flour in the above mixture together with a spatula until just combined.

Step 5 : Pour batter in a lined mould and sprinkle dark/white compound chips on top.

Step 6 : Bake at 160 degree celsius for 30-40 minutes, take out from the oven and allow it to cool.

Step 7 : Cut & Serve
