Gram Flour 1 kg
Assorted Dry Fruits 200 gms
Step 1 : Put a heavy bottom wok in fire and add Lite.

Step 2 : Heat upto 140 degree celcius, fry dry fruits and mix well.

Step 3 : Now add besan in wok, roast until it becomes golden brown and keep it aside for overnight.

Step 4 : Next day add breakfast sugar and fried dry fruits and mix well.

Step 5 : Bind ladoo with hands, garnish with chopped pistachio.
