BERRY & CREAM CHEESE BROWNIE

Ingredients:

Ingredients
Flour 1 ½ cup + 1 tbsp
Egg 3
Caster sugar ¾ cup + 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
D’Licia fruit filling or any berry jam 2 tbsp
Berries, ( mulberry, blueberry, raspberry) fresh or frozen ½ cup
Process:

Step 1 : Preheat an oven at 170degree celcium.
Step 2 : Line a 8 inch by 8 inch size baking tray with a parchment paper.
Step 3 : Melt dark chocolate and butter.
Step 4 : Beat 2 eggs and add to micture gradually until smooth.
Step 5 : Seive the flour, baking powder and salt together.
Step 6 : Add vanilla essence and sugar to the butter mixture and fold in the flour. Pour the batter in a baking dish.
Step 7 : For the cream cheese mixture, beat the cream cheese with 2tbsp butter until smooth, add the remaining sugar, egg, remaining flour and the fruit filling.
Step 8 : Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
Step 9 : Pour this batter over the brownie batter and make swirls.
Step 10 : Press fresh or frozen berries on top of the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes until done.
Step 11 : Cut into squares and serve warm.
