Process: Step 1 : In Hand Blender, place the raspberries through milk and chop on speed 3 until well blended, around 1 minute. Step 2 : Add in the ice cubes and continue chopping on speed 3 until smooth, 20-30 seconds. Step 3 : Pour smoothie into 2-10 ounce glasses and set aside. Step 4 : Pour whipping cream into blending pitcher and add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until thickened, 30-45 seconds. Step 5 : Spoon 1/4 cup whipped cream onto the top of each smoothie. Garnish with orange zest if desired. Step 6 : Serve
