NFP Lite (BOS) 150 g
NFP Elite 1 kg
Raj Breakfast Sugar 200 g
Raj Custard Powder 20 g
Raj Icing Sugar 750 g
Diced Apple 300 g
Cinnamon Powder 5 g
Salt 2 g
Raisins 50 g
Milk 125 g
Flour 200 g
Milk powder 50 g
Step 1: Add chopped apple, Lite BOS and sugar to a saucepan and cook well

Step 2: Mix custard powder and milk

Step 3: And pour into the mixture

Step 4: Add raisins at last.
For Tart
Step 1: Cream sugar and Elite
Step 2: Add milk gradually, and put all the remaining ingredients in
Step 3: Mix it, till it makes a smooth dough
Step 4: Line the tart shell and bake it at 180 degree celcius, till it is half baked.
For Crumble

Step 1: Rub lite, sugar and flour in a tray and refrigerate it for some times.


Step 1: Fill apple mix in the half-baked tart

Step 2: Put crumble on top

Step 3: Bake it again for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius

Step 4: Once baked, refrigerate

Step 5: Serve warm
