Crispy Chinese Bhel Recipe- Tasty And Yummy
Fusion is the new black, gone are the days when people loved Bhel and Chat pate, consumers are moving to an unconventional take of Bhel – Chinese Bhel. It is a delicious Indo-Chinese style street food famous across the Indian subcontinent. It is a Crispy fried noodle like Chopsuey that is served as Chinese chat or a crunchy salad. It is a fast-moving snack and can be made at home easily too. The Chinese Bhel ingredients that are generally required to make it are:
- Veeba Sriracha Chili Garlic Sauce: 1/4 cup
- Veeba Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce: 2 tbsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Garlic: 2 tbsp
- Sweet Onion Sauce: 1/4 cup
- Salt: 1 tbsp
- Spring onions (Finely chopped): 1/2 cup
- Sliced carrots: 1/4 cup
- Chopped Green Beans: 1/4 cup
- Sliced Capsicum: 1/4 cup
- Sliced Cabbage: 1/2 cup
- Fried Noodles: 2 cups
- Spring onions (to garnish): 1/2 cup
Once all ingredients are ready, we fry the Noodles and keep it aside, Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic. Now add Veeba sriracha sauce and stir for about 30-40 seconds. Stir Veeba sweet onion sauce and Veeba teriyaki sauce together. Mix salt and keep stirring to prevent sticking further, add the veggies and keep mixing. Now add fried noodles and mix well and Turn off the heat while serving we can Garnish it with spring onions. Veeba siracha sauce and Veeba teriyaki sauce is however available in Sarawagi Group Nepal along with many other sauces that is required to make these snacks at home or restaurant.
