MANGO PIE 🥭 – Sarawagi Group





Raj Icing Sugar 2-4tbsp
Marie Biscuit - crushed 14
Cashews 10
Butter 1/2 cup
Paneer 200g
Vanilla Icecream 2 scoops
Milk 1/4 cup
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2: Make sure when you press the mixture it holds shape. If not, it needs more butter.

Step 3: Once done transfer to a dish- now you can either bake this for a crispier base @200*C for 20 mins or chill it in the fridge.

Step 4: If you’re chilling it, used roasted cashews.

Step 5: Once baked let it cool.

Step 6: 2 mangoes- chop and add 1/2 of it to the base.

Step 7: Blitz to a smooth paste and then add 1/2 tsp lemon zest and mix it.

Step 8: Top the mangoes with the topping.

Step 9: Now you can either store this in the fridge till you’re ready to serve.
Step 10: It stays fresh for 2 days. Or serve it immediately with the remaining mangoes. Drizzle with powdered sugar and Enjoy😍! ♥️
